Bacon & Cider Greens with Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Express® Bacon & Cider Greens Sauté Kit™
  • 1 five ounce chicken breast boneless & skinless
  • ½ teaspoon each smoked paprika & cumin
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Oil

Instructions

  1. For the veggies, pre-heat a medium size pan over medium-high heat along with 2 teaspoons of oil. Add the vegetables along with the bacon from the Fresh Express® Sauté Kit™ and cook for 1.5 minutes, stirring often. Remove the pan from heat and add the sauce and toss well. Add the honey roasted soy nuts and crispy onions, mix well, and transfer everything to a clean plate.
  2. For the chicken, season both sides with a generous pinch of salt and the spices. Pre-heat the same pan used for the veggies over medium-heat heat along with 2 teaspoons of oil. Cook chicken for 4-5 minutes on the first side, flip and repeat. Remove chicken from pan, slice, and add it to the veggies. Enjoy!
