To make the Italian chicken seasoning spice rub combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Store in an air tight container for 3-6 months. Repeat this process for the two other chicken and steak seasoning rubs. Never add salt to the spice rubs, salt should be added separately to the meat when you season it.
