Here's Dessi's no bake paleo granola recipe that's so tasty and easy to make. This homemade granola is gluten free and only takes 15 minutes to make in the pan.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil sub with butter or avocado oil
  • 1 cup of sliced raw almonds
  • ½ cup chopped raw walnuts
  • ½ cup chopped raw pecans
  • ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • ¼ teaspoon unrefined salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup maple syrup skip to keep it keto
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat with the coconut oil. Add all the almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, and cook for 5 minutes, or until the nuts become lightly browned. Add the salt, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and cook for another minute. Add the agave nectar, coconut flakes, and cook for one more minute. Take off heat and check for seasoning, you may want a little more agave nectar. To make this recipe keto, add 1-2 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener or 1 teaspoons of stevia powder.
  2. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container on the counter for 2 weeks, if it lasts that long.
