Two ingredient ice cream made with frozen bananas and coconut cream.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the bananas into ¼ inch thick rounds. Freeze bananas overnight and put the coconut cream in the coldest part of the refrigerator.
  2. Place the frozen banana, 1/3 cup coconut cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a food processor. Make sure to only scoop the coconut cream, and not any of the liquid part. Mix for 10 seconds and scrape down the sides. Mix another 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy, making sure to to mix to long o the ice cream will begin to melt.

  3. Top with any topping you want and enjoy!
