Two ingredient ice cream made with frozen bananas and coconut cream.
Place the frozen banana, 1/3 cup coconut cream, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a food processor. Make sure to only scoop the coconut cream, and not any of the liquid part. Mix for 10 seconds and scrape down the sides. Mix another 20-30 seconds until smooth and creamy, making sure to to mix to long o the ice cream will begin to melt.
Top with any topping you want and enjoy!
