Take the salmon out from the fridge, make sure it has been skin side up for at least 30 minutes, pre-heat the same pan over medium-high heat along with 1 teaspoon of oil. Season the skin side of the salmon with a pinch of oil and then transfer to pan, skin side down. Season the top of the salmon with another pinch of salt and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is well browned, flip the salmon and turn the heat down to medium-low. Cook another 3 minutes or until cooked to your desire and remove from heat. Serve the salmon with the vegetables and enjoy!
