Here are 3 smoothie recipes that can be made all throughout the day. One is a low carb breakfast strawberry smoothie, one is a stress relieving chocolate & cherry smoothie, and the last is a blueberry and spice brain boosting smoothie.
For each of the smoothies, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more almond milk. Enjoy!
