Ingredients

Keto Breakfast Strawberry Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut powder or keto coffee creamer
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon of nutzo or almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons avocado
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen peptides
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened & plain almond milk

Stress Relieving Chocolate & Cherry Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen cherry raspberry, & pomegranate mix
  • ¼ of a seedless cucumber peel on
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened & raw cacao
  • Squeeze of lemon juice
  • Small piece of lemon peel
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Small handful of power greens or baby spinach
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened & plain almond milk

Blueberry and Spice Brain Boosting Smoothie

  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut powder or keto coffee creamer
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream
  • 1 scoop grass-fed collagen peptides
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • 8 ounces of unsweetened & plain almond milk

Instructions

  1. For each of the smoothies, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more almond milk. Enjoy!
