Dairy free smoothie bowl with raw cacao powder, avocado, bananas, and topped with crunchy yummy bits.



For the smoothie:

  • 8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts optional
  • Half an avocado
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons nut butter

For the toppings:

  • Blueberries
  • Chopped nuts
  • Coconut cereal
  • Unsweetened coconut flakes


  1. To make the smoothie base, add the almond milk and everything else, but the toppings, to a blender. Blend on high for until combined. If the mixture it too thick, add more almond milk, if too thin, add more frozen banana.
  2. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with desired toppings.
